The answer is simple. If you love playing CityVille and don't like waiting around, then yes. Because the only other way would be to buy cash every time you ran out, and that simply isn't practical given how expensive it is!

I've said this to them before and I'll say it again, it simply is not possible to cheat in CityVille. The games makers have made it 100% cheat proof. If there was a way to cheat, then it would spread like wildfire on Facebook and the game would collapse. It hasn't, because there isn't any cheats and there never will be!
